So good I did it Twice !!! :-) I also posted this on the Lovelle's Facebook page. Earlier this year Lovelle's in this branch at The Forum, North Hykeham sold a house for me in less than 8 weeks! And by that I mean from going on the market until Completion! Absolutely brilliant, so this autumn I put another house into their capable hands and had an acceptable offer in a short space of time and this is now going forwards. I do recommend the Team here highly, not just because they sell houses quickly, but they do what it says on the tin! Excellent service includes: daily updates, in depth Follow up's and Follow through s once SSTC. Willingness to help and advise. Friendly and professional. In fact, as ex estate agents ourselves, we thought solid old fashioned service was a thing of the past, but, not with Lovelle's. We just bought a property through Lovelle and there were Fantastic from start to finish. We were kept updated weekly and if we rang for anything they got us the answers pretty fast, I would highly recommend them and ill be looking to use them if needed in the future.
